Just recently migrated to Vodafone Broadband and want to set up DDNS which I currently use. Having set the correct user password and domain name which I use on another PC currently to connect and hit apply. It then says updating and then goes to error. So I am unable to use this facility on the router with the correct information. I have used this on another router with a different ISP with no problems.
Can someone please explain why?

Have you disabled the noip ddns on your other device? DDNS can only update from one client at a time.
Failing that, run a traceroute to bbc.com and copy/paste the results here - you may be on CG-NAT.

It seems to be working now, I had forgotten I had an update program running on one of my PCs which runs my weather station and had not stopped it. Now stopped the status is showing updated in the Hub. I'll check later to make sure that does not change, but looks hopeful.
