Hi,
I visit the UK regularly and have a US iPhone which works great while I am there. I wanted to enable auto-pay and change plan etc. but I'm stuck:
- I can't download the app since vodafone uk (unlike many other vodafone countries) does not have their app on the US app store
- The website redirects all the manage my account pages to a page saying download the app
- The folks over on chat support say they can't help either
- And the only other advise I've been given is to visit a vodafone store, which given I'm back in the US just now is hard
Any ideas?
