Why cant I add 2 new Samsung tablets to my account online! Even online chat cant help 🤔🤨

As this will need account access to check you pass Vodafones criteria to be able to add an item especially if it's a new contract I would suggest calling 191 to speak to an agent or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store.
