As this will need account access to check you pass Vodafones criteria to be able to add an item especially if it's a new contract I would suggest calling 191 to speak to an agent or pop into a Vodafone Highstreet Store.

Or the Vodafone Facebook Social Media Team or Twitter Team have account access.
