How do I turn off the adult content filter?

My age had been verified and I’ve had the email to say it’s off but “adult” content is still being blocked. I’ve turned it off and on again waited 24 hours several times now, sites are still being blocked. What am I doing wrong?

We've seen this before where a person has turned Off the content lock on their side but for some reason it's still On at Vodafone's.

Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can check.

Also ensure if you have Vodafone securenet this isn't also blocking sites.

When the Vodafone Highstreet Stores re open they can also check on their in-house systems.
