Hi,
iam a new customer to pay monthly (was on pay as you go) and within my first month I believe I have been charged twice? iam confused could a advisor check this for me

You would be best to first have a look in your myvodafone app or online myvodafone to look at any extras showing it may show why you have been billed twice.
Your best option is either to Live Chat or by contacting the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries As they have account access.

Yes @hughsey Vodafone bill in advance, you have been charged October and November in advance. See here First Bill
