Hi Guys, i have an pay monthly plan. I pay every single moth 20 GBP for that. I lost my phone in a vodafone store. I gave 191 an call and block all connections. On monday i go to the store and get my phone back and a new card (sim swap) at this stage i cant do any outgoing call. I can receive calls or do calls to 191 but not to other numbers in UK and to germay. Whats the reason? The customer Support means everything is fine. And the technical support as also nosolution. I try it with the card in 3 phones. The failure is by vodafone not by my phones. I dont know what i can do??? :-((((
First check with customer services on that any account restrictions are off which they will have applied when you reported the phone lost.
Ask them to double check your account settings too.
Check on your my Vodafone for anything that maybe hindering you.
