Why is secure net blocking my laser printer Secure Net has blocked suspicious activity on a device in your network (Samsung M2070 Xpress 20PPM Mono Multifunction Laser Printer).

Hi @Antillmob! If you're an Andriod user, you'll be able to remove any threats that Secure Net is picking up on your devices with the cleaning tool. Please take a look at the Secure Net website here for more information 🙂

@Antillmob In that case, I would recommend tweaking your Secure Net settings through the website/app

Hi I cannot see where to tweak it in the app or online, or have I just missed it

@Antillmob You're able to adjust the level of protection you receive when you log into your Secure Net account. Are you able to see a list of devices anywhere that you're able to remove your printer from?

Maybe I am being stupid but I do not see an option to review or even see any devices

Are you able to open the section that says Protection and review the blocked threats?
