Iphone 5s won't accept 3 sim card after unlocking ?.

Hello,

Having received the text to confirm that my old Iphone 5s is now unlocked I followed instructions and inserted a new sim card on the the 3 network. The phone will not accept the sim card.

Hi @jackyjoy123  even though you have had that message it can take up to 2 weeks for Apple to process the unlock, keep trying the sim and hopefully will work for you soon.

In addition to @63johnw advice @jackyjoy123 also try hooking upto iTunes which may help.
