Can I just ask that the alternative network sim card is activated i.e connects to mobile data etc
And your currently in the UK.
If so and the help in 》How-do-I-use-my-nuc does not help and any further tips from a forum search does not help then customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Yes and yes. Tried 191 but won't recognise my number as I have transferred

Ring 191 and ignore the prompt to input your number @Bruled
On the 4th time of ignoring the request it should then change to say press 1 for Payg or 2 for contracts. This should then get you through to an agent
That or try the Vodafone Social Media Teams via the link I added.

Thanks for that. Also found if you say "need to speak to agent" they give you the choices. Ticket raised with NUC tram
