I had my original Suresignal for about 5 years and it worked great. Then the lights went out and I got a new one but it didnt seem to work properly, the lights were on but no signal on my iPhone. Thinking it was faulty, I had it replaced but I have the same problem on the new one.
I have reset my broadband on several occasions and it is working fine, I have reset the Suresignal and unplugged it several times, same with the phone but no joy.
The serial number is 42163573126 and I have had it about two weeks with no joy.
Can someone help me please?
If nothing helps in this official Vodafone help thread Vodafone-Sure-Signal-troubleshooting then if this was my situation i'd have it replaced for a new one under the 30 day cooling off period.

What light sequence are you seeing on your device at the moment? This will help us to diagnose any possible problems and advise you correctly 😊
I have both the standard lights on (the first two) and they are always on - apart from just after the reset where they take a few minutes.
@Jamielong With the light's you're seeing, are they permanently on solid or are they flashing? Please fill out the template on our Sure Signal troubleshooting guide under the section 'Item not lised?' and post your answers on this thread - it'll help us to get a clearer understanding of what's happening 😊
