Iphone 7 siri not responding

Hi guys, just want to ask why Siri is not responding accurately to my iPhone 7? Thanks

Try a soft reboot by turning it off and on. 

And or try "Press and hold down the volume down button on the left side of your iPhone 7while still holding down the On/Off button. Keep holding both buttons down for 10 seconds. (If you see the Apple logo, you've held them too long and will need to start again."

Is mobile data turned on or connected to Wi-Fi for siri to work.

If you Siri can't work, firstly, you may ask Apple Support Center for help. you can try to close this features and open it again. In most of times it can work. Here is the tutorial for you if you need the detailed one.

Or according to official solution from Apple Support, you can recovery your iPhone by iTunes. But remember it will erase your iPhone data.

If Siri doesn't respond in iphone 7; When you say "Hey Siri," here are a few things to check...

Check if "Hey Siri" is on

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Siri & Search.
3. From here, make sure the following settings are turned on:
   Listen for "Hey Siri"
   Allow Siri When Locked

Set up "Hey Siri" to help Siri recognize your voice

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Siri & Search.
3. Turn off Listen for "Hey Siri," then turn it back on.
4. When the Set Up "Hey Siri" screen appears, tap Continue.
5. Say each command that you see on your screen.
6. Tap Done.
