New iPone 13 MiniBlack Screen

Hi,

I received a new iphone 13 mini on Monday, tonight the screen is black and I cannot do anything.

I have tried doing a hard rest but nothing is working. Trying to speak to someone at Vodafone is impossible. The phone is ringing when phoned or someone sends a text message. Do I have to go to a Vodafone store to return this even though I bought online as I dont have transport at the moment to go to a store?

Yes you can visit a Vodafone Highstreet Store.

Or if you have an Apple Store local to you then a Genius Bar Rep maybe able to help and or start a chat with Apple Live Chat as they might be able to remedy the issue remotely.

Some possible help from Apple in > If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen _ If your screen is black or has frozen. 

Also try hooking upto a computer with iTunes on it which may help.
