Unlimted Max Upgrade - Unlimited Picture Messages

New phone on the way, but noticed on my vodafone app under my plan details it doesn't list the unlimited picture messages as a benefit, can someone from support confirm either way?

Ah sorry mate, you've got me confused if you mean that as a question or a statement. 

I know you can't see the picture yet because it's not moderated but if you go to the Vodafone shop, pick iPhone 12 Pro, pick max unlimited upgrade and add it to your basket, on the next page it tells you the benefits include unlimited picture messages.

It might say this for other iPhones and different plans I just know for a fact it appears on my plan.

Fair enough. I can’t see what it says online for me on an upgrade as I did my upgrade on pre-order day. What I have noticed however is that the prices for the 12 Pro have gone up since I ordered...... £83 a month compared to the £73 on pre-order day......

Can a mod confirm unlimited picture messages with 'Unlimited Max Upgrade', it's currently displayed as a benefit on the VF shop when purchasing but doesn't appear on the plan details on my.vodafone

Do you have Facebook messenger? Take a pic of the offer and send them the pic with a message stating you took the offer based on this being included? To be honest, all the mods will do is ask you to send a message via social media anyway, so I’ve probably saved you 48 hours...

Just for anyone else reading this, customer support agreed to honour the unlimited picture messages and I've received an add-on to my account for free for the same.

So if you ordered the same package you should probably get in touch with them to get what you're owed.
