Hi @CHRISTIANNORTH 

When you call a UK number it will be +44 dropping the first 0.  For example +447777.  However, if the phone is in the UK but an overseas number you will need to call the country code for the number.  For example United States +1.

Basically, it doesn't matter which country the phone is based you call the country code the phone is registered.

Thank you but when I try that I get an automated message saying the number is not assigned...

Try rebooting the phone.

If you still have problems, it's likely it's not a recognisable number for the network to route the call to and you will need to check you have dialled the number correctly or have the correct number.

Also, unless you are pay monthly with Global Roaming Plus, there will be the pay monthly daily charge of £6.00 added to your bill.

The prefix should be +44(followed by the phone number)

eg: +447123456789
