iphone x - sent message failed (Cant send pictures)

Hi guys, 

Just joined and as you can see my Name gives you an idea of how i'm feeling here.

My wifes iphone x will not send picture messages.

Tried

Restarting

Software is up to date

Its not on airplane mode

It has all signals

Checked MESSAGE settings

No limits on phone settings or package

Turned off/on

HELP!

If anyone has any other ideas on how i can resolves this i would be very happy guy

Do you have mobile data On as mms i.e picture messages needs this @Frustratedlike 

Also as mms messages are not part of your text allowance Vodafone charge to send them.

Personally I use Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp or good old email as they cost nothing to send this way and a mms has a file size limit.

Live Chat  or Customer Services on 191 may need to provision your account for mms _ picture messages.

And your Apn's need to be right.

I would advise you to update it, transfer all data from your phone to your PC, you can use this program. Then wrap your arms around it, and bring it all back again. I had a similar problem, it helped me.
