Advice needed please

Hi all

My wife and I both have a Samsung 10  mobile phone with vodafone , for the last 4 weeks I have had a problem and hoping someone knows how to solve it 

When ever I call my mothers landline (virginmedia) the phone drops the call exactly at one minute call ends and i phone back and it repeats -  if i call her with my business phone o2 everything is ok  -  my wife suggested i use her mobile to call the virginmedia landline and the same issue happened after a minute 

would appreciate any advice as its doing my head in lol

I recommend you to go into the Safe Mode to check whether it is still available in the Safe Mode. If not, a third party app might be the sole cause of that which should be immediately removed from the phone. If it continues, it can be related to the Vodafone, Android operating system or hardware which requires further technical support.
