It might be worth looking in the email apps permissions in Settings , Apps , email.

In Settings,  Apps, Samsung email , storage,  Clear Cache might help.

On the rare occurrence I've had issues with my email I've deleted it in the account section in the phone and re added it.

If your using the Samsung email app then perhaps try downloading another app option from the Playstore @Buckland4

I wish you all the best.  :Smiling:

Unless you have already synchronised your mail with gmail this would solve the problem, this way all your emails would be in one place and picked up by gmail and would would be able to send and receive direct from the gmail server.

You can synchronise your email to gmail by going into your account settings on your phone and selecting personal, IMAP > accounts and syn settings, account settings and add your email accounts to synchronise.

If you are using Outlook gmail work well and this is set up as IMAP.
