How come I can send emojis but I cant see any emojis someone sends me and she has the same phone as well but she can see my emojis how can I sort it

When a person sends you an emoji do they get replaced with some thing else on your screen like boxes and ?'s .

Are you both on the same firmware update.

It could also be an issue at the senders end as they can see emojis sent by you.

Sometimes it's the way a persons keyboard settings are set up i.e unicodes.

May I ask which phones you are using  ?

Try something similar to > Go to settings > Apps > Messages > More Settings > Text messages > Input mode > Select automatic.

Or open your messages app and open its settings and follow a similar route to Input Mode.

We are on a51 Samsung and my settings are all the same as you've said.

Ok so if your settings regarding the input mode are automated it might be the at the senders side.

Are you receiving emojis from other people ?
