Free Chromebook Offer on Upgrade

I'm from the UK, and a few days ago I upgraded my Samsung phone to a new Samsung, with a new contract. I was told that a free chromebook laptop was part of the deal, and that I'd have to go online to claim it. Does anyone recognise that offer, or know where I'd go to do that?
