Galaxy ear buds - not arrived

Hi all.

I ordered the S22 ultra back in Feb. It came with Disney and free Galaxy ear buds. I registered for the ear buds but they never arrived. I double checked a few month later and it said that I had already registered a claim. Can anyone recommend where I can chase them up?

You will need to contact Samsung, as I assume it's their promotion?

When I purchased my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra direct from Samsung UK I also filled out the claim form for the promotional Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

They arrived a couple of weeks later but can take upto 45 days to arrive.

There is some information in > Celebrate the arrival of the Galaxy S22 series and get a pair of Galaxy Buds Pro as a gift from us ! 

Go onto the Samsung Eu Community Forum and you'll be able to find out further information and read posts from people in a similar situation.
