Hi all,
I am not receiving the SMS with the OTP I should be getting to access my bank app.
I call the bank and they check on their side and tell me everything is correct on their system and SMSs are being sent.
I chat with the vodafone customer service and they tell me there is no issue on their side. The only thing we tried after several calls was deactivating and activating the premium messages features but I still do not receive the OTP SMSs.
Anyone knows what could I do?
