Im not getting any missed call or text message notifications even though they are enabled. How can I fix this please?
This sounds like your slam down voicemail notifications are not working correctly.
Try turning slam down notification off and back on.
If you still have problems, give live chat a try or come back to the forum and speak directly to the Social Team by sending a quick message through Facebook or Twitter Social channels.
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone to try and rule out the phone as the issue.
If you still don't receive these Notifications then go into your messages app settings and look for any relevant notifications permissions to check they are not denied.
In an Android phone these are typically found in settings, apps, messages, new messages.
Ringing customer services on 191 would be the fastest way to have your account checked.
