Message+ can't find any txts on my phone.

Hi,

I've got a Vodafone Smart 7 and (new to me) a Vodafone Vodafone Smart Platinum 7.

Using the App "SMS backup and restore" I have copied all my txts to the Platinum 7.

If I use the "Messaging" App I can see all my old txts but if I use "Message+" there are no txts at all.

Can anyone help with this?

Check the app permissions for messages+ are similar to the messaging app.

Hi, The data is all there.

It just can't be seen by Message Plus.

I've given up now and am using Textra.

This is because the Message+ app isn't the default text messages app. 

I believe your settings may be similar to this:

• Go to Settings
• Apps
• Manage apps
• Default apps
• Tap Messaging and select the app you want to open your messages - in this case Message+ app.
