Having recently purchased a Nokia 8.3 5G (and paid up front), it is frustrating to find that since 1st January 2021 the camera App has stopped working. The mobile is not featured on Vodafone's website and temporary fixes i.e. change of date, creates other phone problems. Is anyone aware of a permanent fix or imminent software solution please?

@Mamyrie09 Did you purchase the phone from us directly, as this may be something covered by warranty? If not, I'd advise contacting Nokia or the retailer you bought the phone frome directly.

Yes, the phone was bought from a Vodafone store @Josh. I have since found that many people are experiencing this problem and Nokia will be providing a 'fix' soon.

To add to the advise from @Josh
I was going to suggest going into the camera application and clearing cache and data. If you use Google there is also some information available online.
If this is due to an update, Nokia may bring a fix for the issue. You can always try a factory reset, very often this clears any bugs.
