Oppo X5 Pro Software Update

Hi guys. Could anyway help me out here? I have the above mentioned phone and I haven't received a software update since September. I am still on September's Secure Patch and it's bugging me out a bit. I would normally receive monthly updates prior this but it has just stalled. I understand it's Vodafone branded so they would have to push the updates after receiving it from OPPO. I know people without carrier branded X5 who's received as recent and November's Security Patch amongst other updates. Any idea of what's going on? How their software system works? I know my phone will reach its end of software updates with Android 15 being its last major update then a year of security updates, but, we're not there as yet. Thanks for any assistance.

If you go into your settings, does it say that you're running on the most up to date version? Have you tried backing up your phone and then completing a reset, to see if that will allow your phone to update to the latest version? 

Hi, Charlotte. Thanks for your response. I thought of this as a last resort only. I truly don't want to reset my phone and then the same result. I have over 400 apps and 800 his response songs. That's a lot of work. I think I'll just stay with it and get an unbranded phone sometime next year if nothing changes. Thanks.
