Phone calls automatically disconnected after 30 mins (Voxi)

All my calls incoming and outgoing are now being automatically disconnected after exactly 30 mins. Nord 5G phone on Voxi 5G account. Phone is 3 or so years old (with no other issues), account even older and I've not had this issue until recently. Any ideas?

There's various threads around here about this issue. Vodafone know about it and refuse to do anything to fix it. Staff will fob you off, lie and generally provide no useful service to you at all.
