I have a dual SIM phone, with a Vodafone UK and Portuguese SIM. Both have been working perfectly until last month, and now the PT SIM no longer works, preventing me from receiving or making calls. Having contacted Vodafone PT they tell me that there is a current technical problem with the service between PT and the UK, plus some other countries that they are working to resolve.
Has anybody experienced this, and can confirm this situation?

Unfortunately Vodafone UK can only look at and help support Vodafone UK customers.
They have no access to other countries accounts who use the Vodafone name.
i.e they are not linked @tejoginja
