Recently upgraded Samsung S10 lite to Android 11 via software update. Now the phone will not charge. I have tried multiple trobleshootin steps already.
1. Using different cables
2. Using different chargers
3. Cleaning out the USB port
4. Turning off & on
5. Factory reset
Nothing has worked and I am unable to try and rollback the update as the phone no longer has any charge.

I would really be surprised if Android 11 has caused this to be honest.
Unfortunately even if the phone was on you couldn't roll back the firmware via the phone's native settings.
Can you try a wireless charger ?
Can you get to a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre and they'll help you.
