Rings 2 times then say phone unavailable

I just had a number ported from 3. it took 3 attempts; it's 99% done, but I have an issue.

When ringing the ported number from a mobile or landlines it rings 2 times then says phone is unavailable, it doesn't show on the ported phine that I rang it.

On the ported phone, it has a signal, data works texts work both ways, and you can phone out on it, but it will not receive a call,

I have cancelled all diverts,

Phone is android based

Any ideas as Vodafone are not much use, one saying I don't understand what you're saying

Have a word with the Vodafone Social Media Teams to ask them to ask their porting in Teams to make sure this is not a split port @SamsungGlennP
