Swap SIM

Im having trouble to swap my SIM

First step asks me to write my phone number, I did and NOTHING happens.

Saw the video tutorial but I dont even have the option to put my SIM number

Please help

I need to use my phone to work

Sim Swap is to move your number and tariff to a new blank sim card?

You must be using a blank sim card that hasn't had a number associated with it.

A Vodafone Highstreet Store can do this for you.

If you're going into a Vodafone shop, you'll need to take two forms of ID with you, one of which should be photo.   This is to prevent fraudulent SIM swaps.

(If they don't ask for ID, name the shop here and the team will chase it up)
