Is there an option to clear it's cache etc and then try again @ZaynsDad ?

Option to reset app. Did it but still at 27% with washing machine 😪

I'm not sure which Android phone your using but look in somewhere similar to Settings , Apps, Choose the App, Storage and look to clear Cache and Data.

I have a Galaxy S10. I cleared Cache and Data as suggested. Is it because the world and their mum is upgrading today?

Usually clearing what you have Usually helps.
Can you use a laptop etc instead to try and complete the process or try later.

I had a new phone delivered and wanted to Trade in the old phone. My issue was not being able to get past the Click on the Target test 3. My phone is in excellent working order. Contacted customer services, they suggested going to local shop. Went to Havant branch, they tried and suggested going to Samsung. Which is 50 miles away!!
I then reset the phone to factory settings, downloaded the voda phone app and retried the Trade in Tool. Worked perfectly. Heads up in case in helps anyone else.
