Hi @eddielkk
Are you not a UK customer and just visiting the UK with you saying you've changed your country set up ?
It's possible your phone if supplied by your own country is not allowing the app download unfortunately.
Perhaps try using the online myvodafone option.

I and my wife just arrived UK for a month, and will be staying long in UK.
My wife's managed to change the Google Play Country setting to UK and installed the "My Vodafone App" successfully. But I can't. We both using the same model device.
Anyway, I access the web browser version instead.
Thanks a lot.

Your very welcome @eddielkk
You could look at earing your phone's System Files caches which may help.
Until then I'm glad the online myvodafone works for you.

If you download via link above I gave previously, or download the MyAppSharer app from Google Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yschi.MyAppSharer
You could then share the app to another Android device and you should then hopefully be up and running.
Hope this helps you.
