Hi, I am in China. I have lost my phone with a Vodafone Sim. I have bought a new iPhone 13 and I need to activate my British number again to verify my AppleID. I ahve received an eSIM but I cannot install it. When I go to Mobile Service, the phoen says "No sim" and does not offer the option "Convert to eSim." What can I do to install my eSIM without a physical SIM in the phone? Thanks!
