Unable to unlock LG G3, despite having code "Your phone is not personalised"

Hi All,

I have the necessary code to unlock my LG G3, but when I follow the process it says "Your phone is not personalised". I have seen other people on this forum with exactly the same issue, and the helpdesk staff say they will send them a message with instructions on how to rectify this.

Could I kindly ask someone to contact me, and let me know how to unlock the phone correctly.
