HI
When I go to the Settings> >Mobile Networks, I'm only offered 4G/3G/2G (auto connect), or 3G/2G ... nothing mentioning 5G.
My area is covered by Vodafone 5G
Vodaphone sims are all supposed to be able to use 5G.
Wassup?
Does the offering depend on the signal strength?
Thanks

This is Vodafones support page about 5G. > How-do-I-get-5G.
Please go through their checklist about being able to have 5G.
5G is very much still in it's infancy so even when in an area showing as 5G ready the conditions need to be right i.e near a 5G module and weather condirions etc are good.
I personally do not use 5G as I don't need to download large files faster than 4G or 4G+ and 5G is known to draw greater resource from the phone's battery.
In your phone however under settings and connections then under mobile networks you should see this >
Which shows the 5G options.
If light be worth speaking with support to ensure your account is set up for 5G and your sim card is 5G ready.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎

There are two versions of the S20FE @ChrisInLondon . If you have the 5G version, the 5G option would be available in your connection settings.
Please see GSM arena here
