Hello, I've recently purchased the Samsung galaxy a71 ... today I received a message saying I had a voicemail and have the notification appeating but when ringing my voicemail I don't have one and the icon will not dissappear. Does any one have any idea how to get rid of this annoying notification!!!!
Hi @jimmygrr These icons can sometimes stay in place once any outstanding voicemails have checked, and a quick restart can help with this. When you called your voicemail, were there any outstanding or saved messages at all?
@jimmygrr Your phone may need to be refreshed by removing your cache. There are a couple of other suggestions in Samsung's Community too - if they don't the trick, I'd advise reaching out to Samsung directly for further assistance. If you find a fix, let us know!
