Visual VoiceMail - On but device not?

Hi,

I am looking for how to solve a problem with Visual VM?

I received new sim with new number & inserted in iphone 16 pro ( latest IOS ) but when I click VM tab, I see the call VM ( rather than empty ( blank list )…… Also the greeting option was missing.

Checked & number does appear under ‘phone’ and my number plus I do have good mobile & WiFi connected

I tried SIM in another iPhone & same

Tried network reset & same

Tried disable/ enable Visual VM & says visual vm is activated

- So, contacted VF & sent me a new sim

However; now in voicemail tab, I see the ‘greeting option ( was not there before) - but the call VM still appears.

When I receive a new VM - the call VM has the red dot - and I need to click ‘call’ for my VMs ( they are not on device )

( I have another VM sim plus an 02 sim - and they work fine )

Any ideas?

Hi @Clever-Trevor, from the explanation you have provided I think we may need to reset the VM from our side on the system and maybe remove and readd it again and check on a few sittings on the phone as well to make sure it's set up correctly after we make the changes. You can get in touch with us here.

Thank you.
I have messaged on ‘Facebook’ messenger

if you can reset my vm from carrier side, would be appreciated.

thank you.

Thank you for updating me @Clever-Trevor, the team will run a few checks and follow the diagnostic steps and take the necessary actions to get it working for you.

All fixed….

Vodafone reset my Voicemail - I re-setup & then txt STATE to 100121 - this turned on Visual VM & problem solved …. All working

Thank you.

You're very welcome, thank you for the update @Clever-Trevor.
