Incoming calls on my Samsung 10

Why on Vodafone when someone calls me it comes up with +44 even though the number in my phone starts 07, this is causing my contacts not to show in my car when incoming calls are received, as the car does not recognise it.

Resolved! web address on Android Chrome

Oppo X2 Neo - ColorOS11

Has anyone received (in the UK) the ColorOS11 for Oppo X2 Neo?  Details I see around the web is that ColorOS11 has been released for the X2 Neo, but that it is down to Vodafone to then release it to their network.  Any ideas when this is being done?
