Hope someone can assist - when making a phone call on the v10, the person I ring can hear me , but I cannot hear them. Checked all volume levels they seem fine. When turning speaker mode on I can hear them.
Also getting a Call settings error ; ' Network os SIM card error

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens with calls.
Is this happening in one place or everywhere may I ask.
Has this just started happening? Is it possible you've downloaded a new app or feature that maybe hindering calls.
Can you try another phone app ?
A Vodafone Highstreet Store employee can check the phone and if necessary send it away for a diagnostic for free if the phone is under two years old and not had an accidental bump or water damage.
Another generic tip is to remove the sim and reinsert it. Also in connection settings choose another network and then re choose Vodafone.

Thanks , I have checked the simcard in a different phone , and do not get the problem, so I believe this eliminates a simcard issue.

It certainly does @HINCHEY1 👍and negates mast issues which leads us back to the phone which maybe hardware or software related.
So either something new on the phone in regards to an app or software is hindering calls or part of the hardware may have failed.
If your phone has some form of Safe Mode which disables all downloaded app's but leaves the stock one's working then try that and or make sure all your software is updated on the phone along with app's too.
