Android - on Blackview BV8000 pro

Hello there,


Could you give me the specific APN settings for the mentioned phone, can't seem to connect to data or 4g, manufacture has recommended to contact you for phone specific APN settings.


Any help greatly appricated.

The frequencies look fine but I can't find anywhere about the Bands it supports. 

As the sim works fine in the other phones then that's the issue probably or yes indeed it's faulty or a setting is hindering the connection. Mobile data toggle etc.  

Have you tried another networks sim card in the phone if it's unlocked to all networks?

Also imported phones can have issues working on UK networks.

Hello, thanks again for response, I tried a work sim in it from another network, and found to have the same problem, I think im gonna go with its faulty and get a replacment see if that works, I did check before if it would work in the UK, few people reviewing online seem to have no issues, (just my luck) ill get a replacment and see how that works.

Afte a bit of Googling I found a review on Amazon (it's a bit confused) that seems to say the writer was having trouble with a Vodafone SIM.   Allo found a GiffGaff forum where the solution seems to have been to go into Settings|Mobile data and move the slider that cuts off usage after a limit has been reached.  It looks as if this may default to zero, which would prevent all use.   Never had this problem myself with any device, so it seems a long shot, but worth a look.   It's also possible the slider sets the data allowance and that there's a "shut of when limit hit" tick box.

I used BV8000 Pro from Blackview brand before. But after several-times
use in water environment, it went dead. So I tried S10 Pro, recommended
by my several friends. It’s really good, I have to say, It’s totally
fine even through numerous water immersion experience by now. I will buy
phone from you in the future.
