Android reset lock out

Hi I am a first time user so I hope you can help. I have happily used my Vodaphone Smart 111 for  nearly three years with no problems. Today it will only power up straight to the Android reset screen. I have tried everything including resetting to factory from this screen but it will not reboot and only returns to the Android screen. I like this phone I don`t really want to bin it. Any ideas?

Hi,

 

One option could be to ask a Vodafone Highstreet Store to look at it and if they can't clear the issue then send it to a repair centre. 

 

Only possible issue is that the phones are covered by a manufacturing warranty for 2 years so there maybe a charge. 

 

Perhaps try also a Google Search to see if anyone else has had a similar problem and had it resolved. 

 

See if you can boot up in safe mode and then if possible set about deleting possible rogue apps.
