Another Samsung Galaxy S6 Unlock Question!!!

Hi,

I've received the unlock code for my old S6, and when I fitted the new SIM card (on three) and restarted, I entered the code and had confirmation that it was indeed unlocked. However, the phone comes up with a message "Not registered on network" and will not connect to the three network at all.

Any suggestions as to how to overcome this will be very much appreciated.

Does the 3 sim card work in another phone ?

Can you try another networks sim card in the phone. 

A Samsung service location or Samsung Experience Store would be able to run a diagnostic on it.

Thanks for replying. The three sim works in my other phone. Unfortunately, we don't have any other network sims as both wife and daughter are on Vodafone, which still works perfectly well on this S6!!!

@tonymc I can see there's a similar thread where you may be able to find the resolution.
