Hello,
I recently topped up £10 on my blackberry curve 9300.
I have the vodafone Text & Web freebee active, and have received the confirmation text.
Usually i phone 40035 and pay the extra £5 for BBM services, but for the last 2 times, it says 'Sorry, the Blackberry Internet Service is not available on your price plan', or something similar.
This is getting annoying as i usually have to visit the local vodafone store 20 miles away to get this sorted every 30 days.
Any help appreciated

I'm having the same problem, when I try to call the number to get BBIS, it says it's not available on my price plan, but it worked fine just before I ran out.

BBM wont renew (suddenly not in price plan?) how can i get it working again
