BlackBerry battery problems

Hello, I have a BlackBerry Curve 9320. Yesterday I had some problems with the battery. I got a message saying "Battery too low for radio use" even though I wasn't listening to the radio and then it appeated to turn my internet off. I had to put it back on.  My battery was 35% at the time. Then a bit later I got another message saying, "Battery too low for camera flash use" and it turned the flash off. I'd been taking some pictures but I've never had this happen before. It went back to 100% after charging and is working ok at the moment but it might do the same thing once the battery gets low again. (I've had it lower than 35% with no problem before).

I looked it up and saw that it could be a problem with the battery going. My phone is 3 years old now so maybe it's wearing out? Would be grateful if anyone could help. Thank you.

Go online and buy a new battery. They only cost a few pounds on Ebay.

Or it could be an incentive to upgrade your phone (If you want to )

I'll try the battery first but that will be my next option.
