BlackBerry internet payment

Hello, I have a BlackBerry Curve and I'm on Pay As You Go. My internet service usually gets taken out once a month but today I got a message saying that they couldn't take the payment out because I don't have enough credit, even though I do have enough money in there. The internet service is usually £5 and I have £9.67 credit, so I can't understand why it couldn't be taken out? I checked on here but I think the subscription is still £5.

I would be grateful for any help. Thank you.

If you call Customer service on 191 or from a computer use Live chat

They'll be able to check.
