Blackberry Keys frozen

Hi everyone i have a Blackberry 8520,all the buttons on it do not work and i am trying to transfer my contacts to my laptop but because i cant press the button to open mass storage i cant retrieve anything, does anyone know how to get round this pleeeease?

If you can borrow a friend/family member's phone and head to a Vodafone store, we'll be happy to swap all the information over using our Red Box.

You'll then be able to get the data straight from the other phone when your back home
