Blackberry Storm - Only Enterprise Server Option for email

Hello,

I am having trouble setting up email on my blackberry storm.
When I go to the setup wizard and select email, I only have the option:

"I want to use a work email account with a blackberry enterprise server"

I know from your website that I should be able to set up hotmail/googlemail but I do not know how to do this given the option available.

Can you assist me please?

OK, so I rang 191 and spoke to someone there who has set up an account and I am now waiting for a password to arrive on my handset.
10 mins since I called, still no sign of it...

Hey Sam Murray, and welcome!

Hmmm... this means you may not have BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) added to your account, or perhaps it hasn't been setup correctly.

Hi,

My brother living in UK just bought Blackberry 9900 branded "Vodafone" but unfortunately the phone refused to connect to blackberry Server

it also have an "enterprise email option only"

Please and Please help me to de-register it from your server so that i can use  different network to connect it.
