Hello.
I have a Vodafone Smart Platinum 7 which I bought not too long ago.
I've been noticing the Bluetooth only works once after resetting the device, after this - I'd have to reset it again to use Bluetooth, it's almost as if it's turning itself off despite saying it's on (and the reset/turning on and off of the device turns it back on)
I have a fitbit, and this can't be synced via my phone because of this issue, I also have a Bluetooth hearing aid - so as you can imagine I NEED my Bluetooth to work or I can't hear on the phone!
The device is up to date with OS, and has no other issues... I'm not sure when I got the device as to whether or not it's still under warranty, so I'm not sure what to do. I have a Vodafone pay monthly sim - however the phone I bought for full price.

HI buddy sorry to see your having problems with blue tooth as you obviously need it
Have you tried one of the resets that requires holding the power button and the volume at the same time
I use a Bluetooth speaker and gearfit 2 with my s7 edge and have found using 2 things at once can cause problems
The ideas I used are for a different phone so I don't want to cause you more problems I am sure one of the more experienced members here will catch up with your thread and hopefully give you the answer you need

Sorry just to add some times clearing your system cache can help without losing data

Hi
If your Bluetooth settings all look to be good and a hard reset after a Back up does not help then if the phone was supplied directly by Vodafone they apply a 24 month manufacturing warranty. It maybe necessary to hand it into a Vodafone store for them to take a look and if necessary send it off to their repair centres.

I'm aware of that option but sending it in for repair is an even bigger pain in the butt than the Bluetooth not working. Thanks anyway.

I have exactly the same issue with my P7, it was all ok until the last Android update. Since then it works once and then fails. Reset the phone, it works once and then fails again. Pain in the butt.
