I bought home 38mb fibre broadband for home in Dec 17. It should be started by 12 the Jan18. I called Vodafone customer service on 5th Jan just to make sure that my broadband will start on time as I didn't receive my router. After receiving my router, I called Vodafone again on 11th Jan to confirm that my broadband will start on 12th Jan. Surprisingly, customer service told that because system error my order was cancelled. So he recreated order and promised me that my broadband will start in 72 hours. As it didn't start on 14th, I contacted Vodafone again and they said it will start in few hours. It is 15 th Jan today but no internet yet. So many false commitments. Now I doubt whether they will start it today ??? Also, will I get my landline number same as I requested???
Can't do work from home today as well...
Not good experience so far.
