What happens at the end of my 18 month fibre broadband agreement if I still want to continue with Vodaphone broadband?

As a rule you will automatically move to a month-by-month contract. However be warned that may be higher than you were paying and is open to price increases.

Your best bet, if you want to stay is to call Vodafone and negotiate. Check on the website and see if the service you have is now cheaper - if so tell them you want that price.

If it is more expensive, tell them you are happy to re-contract but you are only willing to pay the same as you were.

Whatever happens, you shouldn't end up paying any more for your service once you've negotiated.

Hi

Youd be basically out of contract and On a 30 day rolling contract I would think. Broadband service would just continue unless you gave 30 days notice to terminate.

Terms-and-conditions.

I've tried searching but can't find and can't remember (if like other ISP's) my 18 month contract was on special offer and monthly costs would rise after the agreement was up.

@mp3bbb As advised by @BandOfBrothers the best thing you can do is get in touch 😊

Give us a call or contact our Broadband Live Chat team. They'll have all the information on your current package and be able to advise you on new deals that might be available 👍 Make sure to pop back and let us know how you get on!
